This website (toblue.aero) is operated by ToBlue Aviation Digital, Inc., Jersey City, New Jersey, United States (“ToBlue”, “we”). This policy describes what information the site touches and how we handle it. You can reach us any time at info@toblue.aero.

Information you send us

When you request an NDA through this site, we ask for your name, work email, company, and — optionally — the aircraft you have in mind. We use these details for one purpose: to send you the NDA and follow up on your request. Submissions travel over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and are delivered to our team by email.

If you write to us directly at info@toblue.aero, we keep the correspondence the way any business keeps its email.

That is the full list. The site has no user accounts, no sign-ups, and no other forms.

Cookies

This site does not use cookies or any similar tracking technology. That is why you will not find a cookie banner here — there is nothing to consent to.

Because the site does not track visitors in the first place, it does not respond differently to “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control browser signals — there is nothing to switch off.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-first tool, to understand aggregate traffic — page views, referrers, countries. Plausible stores no cookies and no personal identifiers; all we ever see are aggregated statistics. Your visit cannot be tracked across other websites.

Service providers

The site relies on a small number of providers to run:

• Plausible Analytics — aggregated, cookieless traffic statistics, as described above.
• Google Fonts — the typefaces on this site are served by Google; when your browser fetches a font file, Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
• Amazon Web Services — NDA form submissions are processed on AWS infrastructure in the United States and forwarded to our email.

These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service to us. We do not share your information with anyone else, and we never sell it.

How long we keep it

We keep NDA requests and related correspondence while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Email us at any time and we will delete your details, unless we need to retain them to comply with a legal obligation.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Write to info@toblue.aero and we will take care of it — no forms, no friction.

If you are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process the details you send us in order to take the steps you have requested before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)), and we operate this site and its cookieless analytics on the basis of our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).

You additionally have the right to object to or restrict our processing, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Form submissions are processed in the United States; our providers are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or are bound by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Children

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
